The data controller for this website is MyJobYou. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@myjobyou.sbs.
2. What we collect
- Contact form data: when you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply.
- Cookie consent choice: your accept/reject choice for analytics cookies is stored in your browser’s localStorage so the banner doesn’t ask you again.
- Analytics data: only if you consent. Basic, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device type). No advertising profiles are built from this data.
We do not require accounts, we do not collect CVs or job applications — applications happen on the employer’s own website.

Analytics and advertising cookies are loaded only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage and reloading the page.
4. Your GDPR rights
As a resident of the EU/EEA (and as a general standard for all visitors), you have the right to:
- Access — ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Portability — receive the data you gave us in a common format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — revoke analytics/advertising consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
To exercise any right, email info@myjobyou.sbs. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
5. Data retention
Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on your request, then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months in aggregated form. Cookie consent choices stay in your own browser until you clear them.
6. Third parties
- Adzuna: job listings are supplied via the Adzuna API. Viewing listings does not send them your personal data.
Jobs by Adzuna
- Google AdSense: displays advertisements — loaded only after your cookie consent.
- Google Analytics: website statistics — loaded only after your cookie consent.
We never sell personal data and we do not share contact-form data with advertisers.
7. Contact for privacy requests
Email info@myjobyou.sbs with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you’d like us to do. We may ask you to confirm your email address to verify your identity.
